Vice President of Carrier Business and Operations

A member of the Locus team since 1999, Henry is responsible for initiating carrier relations for global VoIP & TDM network development and for carrier wholesale. Under Henry’s guidance, Locus’ network has expanded to 6 continents including Africa, Europe and Asia. Previously, he worked as the Manager of Engineering for Engelhard Corporation and as a business manager at United Technology Corporation. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS degree and obtained his MBA from the University of Hartford.
