Carl
previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer
at Global Crossing before accepting his current position
of CEO at XO Communications in Reston, Virginia. An industry
expert, Carl has also served as Chairman and CEO of WorldPort,
where he led a $100 million project team in building Global
Data Network Centers throughout Europe. He holds a BA from
Lycoming College in Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University
of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. |
